Dear Valued Customer, On August 21, 2023, DuPont announced a definitive agreement to sell an 80.1% ownership interest in the Delrin® business to TJC. The transaction is expected to close around the end of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.

This is exciting news! TJC is a leading private equity company, known for supporting growth and innovation and has a long track record of investing successfully in chemicals and materials companies, including those that are deeply entrenched in Delrin’s core end markets – Mobility, Consumer, Industrials, and Medical.
