Delrin® RAFG511DP is a medium viscosity acetal homopolymer with enhanced crystallization for faster cycle times, excellent creep and fatigue resistance, reduced lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions and lower fossil resource use. It has improved thermal stability, excellent dimensional stability, low warpage and fewer voids.

Delrin® FG100TL is a high viscosity acetal homopolymer containing 1.5% PTFE Micropowder lubricant.  It is designed for applications requiring reduced wear and friction against steel, itself, or other plastics.  It has been developed for applications in contact with food.
